Marching Panther for a Day - Friday, Sept 20 at PTHS!

On Friday, September 20, 2019, students will get the opportunity to play with the Pequannock Township High School Marching Band in the stands at the PTHS Home Varsity football game!

Pizza Dinner and desserts/snacks will be provided!

Students will get to know more about High School Marching Band meet Music Department staff !

Interested in the PTHS Color Guard? We will have an introduction to Color Guard & demonstrating of techniques.

Wear a Blue or a ”Pequannock Blue” T-shirt & bring your instrument! - Percussion instruments provided.

Email Mr. Streifer (PTHS Band Director) By Thursday, September 19th.   Let him know your child’s name, Current Grade, School, instrument and/or if interested in Color Guard. Please include Parent/Guardian name , cell & email contact information. See the information on this form.

STUDENTS: Meet at the PTHS Band Room (85 Sunset Road, Pompton Plains) at 4 pm with your instrument for a “Welcome” and rehearsal. Enjoy Pizza Dinner before marching to the Stadium with the Band to play during the first half of the game. Watch the Marching Band perform during halftime and enjoy snacks during the Third quarter with the Band!

This opportunity is for students who are currently in:

Grade 7- Residents of Pequannock Township 

Grade 8- Residents of Pequannock Township regardless of which high school they plan to attend

Grade 8- Anyone not from Pequannock that is considering applying to an Academy at PTHS

Grade 9, 10, 11 - Attending PTHS OR Resident of Pequannock Township attending another high school
